A warm welcome, all year round, is extended to all our guests in our very comfortable 300 year old farmhouse situated on the edge of open moors, yet only half a mile from the centre of the market town.

The character of the house has been carefully maintained, while offering every modern convenience, including gas central heating.

   A good location to explore the varied places of interest    in the North West, including wonderful countryside,    historic houses, city centre museums, the coast and    attractive towns and villages.

    Just 300 yards away from a real Ale pub (serves     sandwiches), 1/4 mile from Rossendale Way, 3 1/2     miles from Mary Towneley Loop and Pennine Bridleway, 30 minutes from Manchester.
